Policies

All guest rooms are non-smoking:  a $150 cleaning charge will be assessed if any guests smoke in a non-smoking room.

$10 per night pet fee.

$10 per person extra person charge

One nights deposit is due at the time of booking with the balance due on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to 2:00 p.m. of arrival date.  For cancellations received prior to 72 hours, there will be a full refund, less a $20.00 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received inside of 72 hours will be fully forfeited. 

WEEKLY RENTALS:  50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the balance is due (7) days prior to arrival.

Cancellations must be received (7) days prior to 2:00 p.m. of arrival date to avoid full forfieture of deposit.  A $20.00 cancellation fee will apply regardless.
